Technical Investigative Services Internet Services Division has
installed a new
SPAM interception program to stop most of the increasing SPAM emails your may be experiencing. This time of year the spammers increase their emails in the hopes of getting people to click on their links. A lot of SPAM emails include potential viruses and the new program will also identify and delete those viruses.
You should notice a substantial decrease in SPAM emails. Also you should see a message (See below) on the bottom of the emails that are not SPAM indicating the message has been checked.

This email has been scanned by the MxScan Email Security System.

Please let us know if you have trouble receiving certain emails that may not be SPAM by contacting us through the Customer Support Portal. Several messages will have [SPAM-LOW] in the subject line. These messages appeared to be SPAM but were not verified SPAM. After reviewing those messages to confirm they are SPAM you can let us know and we will block those also. This program can be specific to certain domains so the filters will not affect all of the domains on the sever.
Additionally if you want to specify to always receive emails from a specific domain or email account, let us know.
A daily report is available to Client Account holders to see the filter information. Contact us to receive them through a daily email if needed.
